Architectural Design/Construction Documents

• Schematic Design:  The design and presentation of various schemes for client approval.
• Design Development:  The development of the details necessary to construct the approved design scheme.
• Contract Documents:  The drawings and instructions necessary for the successful execution of the

As-built Documentation

• The verification and/or documentation of the dimensions and other pertinent data related to a structure as it actually exists.

 

Consultant Coordination

• The coordination of the work of the entire design team and the inclusion of all documentation in an integrated package with the architectural drawings.

 

Contract Administration

• The preparation of AIA Contracts for Design and Construction on behalf of the Client.
• The representation of the Client as his/her Agent during the construction phase of the project.
